MD Delegate Introduces Bill Allowing Independents To Vote In Primary Elections

It’s a question that is debated every election year: “should independents be allowed to vote in primary elections”?  Maryland Delegate Robert Flanagan believes they should be able too, and has introduced a bill that would make it happen.  Flanagan told WBAL Radio that some Marylanders no longer wish to be associated with political parties and he wants independents to be able to vote in primary elections…
