Traditional observances for Memorial Day include the City of Lonaconing at 10AM Monday, services at the Gulf War Memorial at 11AM, Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery at 2PM, and Let's Beautify Cumberland will conduct a service at Veterans Park on Centre Street at 3PM in Downtown Cumberland.
The Potomac Concert Band kicks off the Sunday in the Park at 730pm on the at the Constitution Park Amphitheatre.
