Although not known as a hot bed of criminal activity, the community of Oldtown has formed a neighborhood watch group as a result of increasing problems- particularly with young people causing disturbances and issues with four wheelers. Derek Hose has organized a group, but says he has had trouble getting the Sheriff’s Office to respond to concerns about a rise in criminal activity. He said while there might not be major crimes, there has been a steady rise in incidents of vandalism….
