Park Street Destruction Of Property Leads To Charges

Saturday evening at 10 PM, Cumberland Police officers were dispatched to Park Street for a destruction of property complaint.

Officers arrived and made contact with the victim. She reported that while traveling on Front Street near Baltimore Avenue a female subject started to argue with her near the crosswalk. The victim reported that the female later identified as Keri Anne Bohrer stepped in front of her vehicle and continued to yell and scream at her. Bohrer then punched the vehicle in the area of the windshield causing damage to the vehicle.

Officers searched the area and located Bohrer in the area of Rose’s Plaza on Queen City Drive. Officers questioned Bohrer about the incident and the damage to the vehicle. At the conclusion of the interview Bohrer was identified by the victim as the subject who caused the damage.

Bohrer was taken into custody without incident and transported to police headquarters for processing. Bohrer was later released from custody pending trial in District Court.
