Police Arrest One After Three Break-ins

On Monday, May 18th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department responded to an E. Industrial Blvd. residence for the report of a breaking and entering.  When officers arrived, contact was made with the complainant who stated that during the early morning hours, Malakhi Henderson had entered her residence thought a window without her permission.  Henderson had already left by the time police were called and responded.  Later on, officers were again called to the E. Industrial Blvd residence for the report that Henderson and another a male had returned.  This time when officer arrived, Henderson and the other male had again left.  While officers talked with the complainant, Henderson returned once again and officers were able to make contact with him.  He was arrested and charged with burglary, disorderly conduct, and obstructing and hindering.  Henderson had a bond review before the District Court Commissioner and was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond pending trial at District Court.

    This little hoodlum is off to a fast start at 18 years old. He will end up in prison or dead.
