On Friday, just before midnight, A Maryland State Trooper observed a subject arrive at a convenience store who had just been stabbed and provided medical assistance.  The investigation revealed the victim had been stabbed in 2100 Block of Frederick Street. The suspect observed the victim with his ex-girlfriend. He approached the victim sitting in his car and stabbed him several times in the shoulder.  The suspect fled the scene.  Troopers from the Cumberland Barrack and Allegany County Deputies flooded the scene and searched for the suspect.  The victim’s injuries were non-life threatening.
