On 3/30/2019 at approximately 7:45 PM the Cumberland City Police Department responded to a residence in the 400 block of Baltimore Avenue for an assault complaint.
Officers spoke to the victim and observed visible injuries. As a result of the investigation Jessica Lee Linaburg was placed under arrest.
Linaburg was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released pending trial.

Charge – Assault 2nd Degree
