The Cumberland police department is seeking assistance from the community with several vandalism cases. Over the past several weeks, several business, monuments and bridge structures have been spray painted by an unknown individual/individuals. Recently during the overnights hours of 01/17/21 several pieces of playground equipment and a shed at John Humbird Elementary school was vandalized by the spray painters. The police department is asking if anyone has information regarding these crimes to call 301-777-1600.
