On August 27^th, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Michael Thomas Shipley Jr. The Criminal Summons was issued by the District Court for an incident on August 25^th, 2020. During the incident an officer observed Shipley to be exiting a Mechanic Street address that Shipley had been previously no trespassed from. Shipley signed for his paperwork and was released pending his trial.

 

Arrested: Michael Thomas Shipley Jr. age 33, Cumberland Maryland.

Charges: Trespassing.
