Maryland Republican Representative Andy Harris on Tuesday downplayed House Speaker Paul Ryan's all but concession of the presidential race. Harris, a supporter of Donald Trump, told WBAL Radio that he believes the media has blown this story out of proportion. On Monday, Ryan told House Republicans he would focus his attention on down-ballot races and was done stumping for his party's nominee. He told colleagues he will focus "his entire energy making sure that Hillary Clinton does not get a blank check" if elected. Earlier, Ryan dis-invited Trump from an event held Saturday in Wisconsin. That was the day after a leaked 11-year-old video showed Trump making vulgar boasts about unwanted advances on women. Harris said that he doesn’t believe Ryan’s position is anything new…
