The addition of a second festival under the DelFest umbrella should provide a tremendous economic spinoff for the region. Rainmaker Music’s Stan Strickland, the McCourys’ manager, on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” said the vision for the second event came from Roy Carter of High Sierra Music and producer of both events.
