The City of Cumberland advises that a portion of Seymour Street in front of the South Cumberland Library’s main entrance will be closed on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. to allow for a block party and grand re-opening celebration for the Library. Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes of travel for that time period.
