The Cumberland Times News reports a Morgan County woman was charged late New Year's Day following a dispute with her brother at an Eppinger Road property. Diane M. Clarke, 47, is accused of firing multiple shots from a shotgun and attempting to run over the sibling with a vehicle during the fight. She was charged with felony wanton endangerment, authorities said. Deputies and the Berkeley Springs Police Department were called to the property about 9:40 p.m. Monday. Both siblings live on the property, and police said they've been called there many times for property disputes.
