About a dozen property owners in the Rolling Mill area are continuing to push back against the city of Cumberland’s plans to raze that neighborhood to convert it into a commercial development project. While the majority of citizens in the area have already sold or agreed to sell their homes to make way for the development- some appear ready to go to war.
