State Senator Says There’s Alot To Learn From Maryland Election Results

While Secretary Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election last week, in part because of losing several key traditional democrat states-   Maryland and the city of Baltimore remained deeply blue on Election Day.  Not only did Maryland voters back Clinton, but they elected Catherine Pugh, a Morgan State graduate and the majority leader in her third term as Maryland state senator, to succeed Stephanie Rawlings-Blake as Baltimore’s 50th mayor on Tuesday.  Despite the strong democrat performance in Maryland, State Senator Bill Ferguson- one of the party’s rising stars in the state- says there is a lot to learn and that there needs to be a shakeup…
