Summons & Warrants Served By City Police

On Thursday, March 24, 2016 Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on Carroll Edward Wickline.  The summons stemmed from an incident that occurred on March 12, 2016.  Charges were filed by a private citizen at the District Court of Allegany County.  The complainant alleged that Wickline assaulted her outside of a local business on Thomas Street. A Criminal Summons was issued.   Wickline was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial.

 

ARRESTED:  Carroll E. Wickline        AGE: 30             Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  Assault-1st Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, Disturbing the Peace

 

 

ARREST WARRANT SERVED

 

On Thursday, March 24, 2016, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Seth R. Larue.  The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on November 1, 2015.  An officer from the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by the suspect, Larue.  It was later determined that Larue provided the officer false information to avoid prosecution.  The officer filed charges on Larue at the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office.  An arrest warrant was issued.   Larue  was located, placed under arrest, processed, and taken to the District Court Commissioner’s Office.  Larue is being temporarily held at the Allegany County Detention Center awaiting his initial appearance at the District Court of Allegany County.

CHARGES:  Obstructing and Hindering, Fraud related charges (x2), traffic charges
