Ten Arrested In Hampshire County Narcotics Bust

On July 9, 2020 members of the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Office, West Virginia State Police and Romney Town Police responded to a residence located at 112 Fraction Drive, near Slanesville regarding a wanted person reportedly being at this residence. The wanted person was Ceferino J. Delgado, age 34, who was wanted on outstanding charges of burglary and malicious wounding.

Upon the officers’ arrival at the residence, several people were standing outside and took off running into the woods. Officers pursued them on foot and were able to apprehend them. One of the fleeing men was identified as Cerferino Delgado. Upon further investigation, deputies gathered enough information to obtain a search warrant for the residence.

As a result of the search warrant, a large quantity of suspected heroin and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia were recovered. A total of 10 suspects were arrested.

Following is a list of suspects arrested and their charges:

Ceferino Jose Delgado, age 35, of Romney: fleeing, malicious wounding, burglary, conspiracy x3 and refusal to fingerprint

Gabrielle Ann Collins, age 29, of Paw Paw: Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, and fugitive from justice.

Gary Thomas Gray, Jr, age 24, of Essex, MD: Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, fleeing, and conspiracy

Briuna Jennell Clark, age 19, of Baltimore, MD: Conspiracy and fleeing

Jessica Lee Lynch, age 37, of Paw Paw: Possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy

Michael Nelson Keener, Jr., age 23, of Shanks: Conspiracy

Daion Carlton Finch, age 21, of Baltimore, MD: Conspiracy

Robbie Ray Whetzel, age 37, of Charleston, WV: Conspiracy

Robert Bruce Stachow, age 51, of Shanks: Conspiracy

Lily Ana Keener, age 22, of Shanks: Conspiracy

This residence has been a well-known drug house for many years and numerous arrests and overdoses have occurred at this residence over the years. This was a well corroborated effort between agencies in effecting these arrests.

Hampshire County Sr. Deputy Sheriff Jacob Crites is the lead investigating officer. The investigation is continuing.

    Investigate BoBo’s death. Gabi was the one who made the 911 call. She administered the heroin!
