Allegany County 911 dispatched fire units to 823 Virginia Avenue around 10 PM for a house fire that initially involved entrapment.
According to 911, Cumberland Police advised that all occupants had been reported out of the house a short time later.
At around 10:30 PM, the fire had spread from 823 to 825 Virginia Avenue.
