On November 4, 2019, it was discovered that an unknown subject or a group of subjects spray-painted the interior walls of the George Street parking garage. The damage to the garage occurred sometime over the weekend of November 1st. If anyone knows any information about the incident, please contact the Cumberland Police Department (301) 777-1600 or Allegany/Mineral Counties Crime Solvers (877) 722-4307. If your information leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.

What the heck is going on? We had a boulder thrown through our kitchen window the other night. Thankfully the screen was in, blind was down and no one standing at the sink. If so, that person could have lost an eye or been killed. We have lived here almost 60 years and have never a problem with any neighbors. On top of that, we have to pay out of pocket for the damage.
