On Saturday, The Cumberland Police Dept served two bench warrants for failure to appear in District Court on 39 year old Carl Bohrer of Cumberland. The warrants stem for Bohrer failing to appear in District Court for an original charge of CDS possession of paraphernalia and Failing to obey a Lawful Order. Bohrer was taken for an initial appearance at District Court where he was released on his personal recognizance on both warrants pending his next court appearance.
