West Virginia Begins Second Phase to Reopen State Today

May 4th, 2020 by WCBC Radio

Under the plan announced last week by Governor Jim Justice- the  mandatory stay-at-home order has ended- and as of today phase two of a six part plan to re-open West Virginia’s economy has begun. Part two is known as  safer-at-home and is encouraging  people to voluntarily stay home, or work remotely. But the governor wants people to be able to move about with businesses such as outdoor restaurants and hair salons re-opening. With more people out and about the Governor says continued social distancing, and the use of protective equipment will be critical. State health officials say as of yesterday, the number of Coronavirus cases in West Virginia may have peaked.  Justice said that while the health and safety of the citizens remains his primary concern- it is time for West Virginian’s to re-open for business…

With a deadly virus running rampant, literally EVERYWHERE, does this seem like the best time to get face to face at the nail and hair salon?
The health and safety of citizens does not seem to be uppermost on the Governor’s mind.

You are misinformed Dan. Watch something besides Fox News. Or better yet, read columns by good investigative reporters.
