Baltimore Street Project Collects Awards in First Year

The newly redesigned downtown Cumberland area has done more than open up traffic on Baltimore Street.  Since it’s grand opening a year ago, representatives of other cities and counties along with economic development committees have visited the area to see how the $16 million dollar project has worked at returning shoppers and businesses to a city retail area.
