Concerns continue about artificial intelligence replacing human jobs in the workplace. Cathleen Callahan, Managing Director of Bank of America, says what they have found is that only 1% of businesses will reduce white-collar jobs as they utilize AI.  Other data shows business owners area already integrating AI in marketing and customer service, freeing up employees for other business needs…

   

“77% of business owners have integrated AI into their operations already in the past five years.  About 50% of them are using it to reach different customers, to reach customers in a different way, and to produce that content to reach the customers.
