On Monday, October 13th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Nathin William Schroth, 20, of Cumberland MD. Schroth was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County Circuit Court on September 11th, 2025. The warrant alleges Schroth failed to appear in Circuit Court on that date for a previous charge of First Degree Assault. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

On Monday, October 13th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jeremy Allen Yetter, 39, of Cumberland MD. Yetter was arrested on two active Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court. The warrants allege Yetter failed to appear in District Court on both September 8th and September 12th of 2025. Both of those missed appearances were in reference to a charge of driving an uninsured vehicle. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.

On Monday, October 13th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Barbary L. Webb, 46, of Cumberland MD. Webb was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Anne Arundel County District Court for an incident that occurred on October 13th, 2025. The warrant alleged that Webb had been involved in an altercation where a male subject was assaulted with the use of pepper spray/mace. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was released on a $7,500 unsecured bond.

CHARGES -  Assault 2nd Degree, Mace/Chem Device-Intent to Injure.
