Maryland’s House Minority Leader says that not all members of Governor Moore’s redistricting commission are there to do the governor’s bidding.  Senate President Bill Ferguson, who is a Democrat on the commission, has said he is not in favor of drawing new district lines mid-cycle.  Buckel says the only Republican on the commission, Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss, is not going to be a yes-man for the Governor…
