The City of Cumberland will have an artificial Christmas tree in downtown this year.  During last night’s Mayor and City Council meeting, Fred Timbrook, CEO of Timbrook Automotive, was revealed as the benefactor of the nearly $30,000 investment.  As a life-long Cumberland resident and one of the City’s businessmen, Timbrook said he wanted to give back to his community…
