The City of Cumberland is notifying residents of changes regarding upcoming Water and Sewer bills that will be issued on January 8th.. Due to a supply-chain issue bills issued on the 8th and possibly the 15th will be printed on a non-standard form. The bills issued on these dates will be blank and not include any watermark, with one side stating “THIS IS YOUR WATER AND SEWER BILL,” followed by the billing address.
