On Friday, November 7, 2025 at approximately 10:57 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department observed a suspicious female standing in the 400 block of Columbia Street.   Police contacted the subject, identified as Johnna Buckley, in the Furnace Street area and spoke with her regarding her actions they had observed on Columbia Street.  Buckley consented to a search and she was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and other controlled dangerous substances.  Buckley was arrested, issued criminal citations, and released pending trial.
