On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 8 am to 5 pm, water service will be interrupted for the installation of new services on Liberty Street. The affected areas include Liberty Street from Frederick Street to Union Street and Merchant's Alley. Liberty Street will be closed to traffic from Frederick Street to Union Street.
