Congressman Works to Restore ARC Funding

President Donald Trump’s discretionary budget included a 93% reduction to the budget of the Appalachian Regional Commission, slashing funding from $200 million down to $14 million dollars.  In appropriations committee meetings, that funding was restored back to $163 million dollars.
