Officials in West Virginia say that six people are now confirmed dead with three persons missing due to weekend flooding.   The deadly flooding has centered around Wheeling in Ohio County in the northern panhandle.  Fairmont, WV also suffered flooding that impacted businesses and homes but there was no reported loss of life.
