A promotional video for downtown Cumberland and the Memorial Day parade will air during DelFest at Allegany County Fairgrounds on “Delevision” large screens. Chris Myers, Event Coordinator told WCBC news “The idea was a partnerships with the DelFest promotions team, 60 Pershing Street and Let's Beautify Cumberland to promote businesses open on Monday, May 26th and encourage festival participants to visit downtown Cumberland." The parade will also include Del McCoury and his wife Jean.
