AAA’s latest survey shows that Americans are not as interested in purchasing electric vehicles as they were three years ago. Driver interest spiked in 2022 along with high gas prices, but as gas prices have lowered, AAA’s Doug Shupe says drivers have stepped away from the belief that the future is electric transportation…

  

“The percentage of US drivers who believe that most cars will be electric within the next ten years has significantly declined from 40% in 2022 to 23% this last year.”
