Remembrances are scheduled across the country for Thursday, marking 24 years since the September 11th terrorist attacks. At the Flight 93 Memorial near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, an observance begins at 9:45am. This will include the Bells of Remembrance, which will toll starting at 10:03am for each of the 40 passengers and crew that died on the hijacked United Airlines Flight 93, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony.
