Maryland State Police have charged an Oakland woman, Kimberly Dee Trickett, 64, with impersonating a police officer and assault. The victim, a 19-year old female, had pulled out in front of Trickett and then pulled into a parking lot. Trickett approached the victim’s vehicle, where a physical altercation took place. Trickett then displayed a badge against the victim’s car window before fleeing the scene.
