The American Red Cross is kicking off the summer with gift card opportunities for individuals who donate. Jason Keeling with the Red Cross says there is always a higher demand for blood during the summertime. Those who donate at any Red Cross location will receive a thank-you gift for their efforts…

   

“During the month of June, donors will get a $15 Amazon.com gift card but they will also be automatically entered for a chance to win one of two $7,000 gift cards. That might be a little like winning the lottery if you got that $7,000 card, but nonetheless your name will definitely be entered when you make that donation.”
