Elaine Marie Bunbasi, 47 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for Retaliate against Witness, Conspiracy-Assault-1st Degree, and Conspiracy-Assault-2nd Degree. Bunbasi is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Steven Richard Kott, 33 of Wiley Ford, WV (previously Oldtown, MD) was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for felony CDS Distribution-Narcotics, felony CDS: Possession With Intent Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis. Kott is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
