Hedgesville, West Virginia resident Mary Kathryn Hernandez says she “dabbles” in the lottery a little bit each month but she’s never won this big.  Hernandez, 61, purchased a $1 million winning Powerball ticket from the 7-Eleven on Hedgesville Road.  Hernandez did not check her numbers until she heard that someone who purchased a ticket at the 7-Eleven had hit for a million.
