It's with sadness that WCBC Radio reports the passing earlier today of Paul "Buddy" Mullan. Mullan was 66 years old and had spent his entire career in the radio business, and 14 years at WCBC. He had been living in Silver Spring at a rehab facility. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
