West Virginia Senator Jim Justice will pay more than $5 million to settle a federal tax obligation dating back to 2009, according to West Virginia court records. Senator Justice along with his wife agreed to the payment that also includes interest and other fees. A complaint had been filed by the U.S. Department of Justice tax division for unpaid federal income tax assessments amounting to $8 million dollars.
