A Frostburg State University graduate who spent most of his working career at the CIA was awarded an honorary doctorate by the college. At FSU’s commencement ceremonies, Joseph Lambert was presented an honorary doctorate in public service. Lambert served at the CIA between 1984 and 2017 in intelligence and information management.
