LaVale Plaza is on the auction block. The retail plaza is being auctioned off by owners LaVale Plaza LLC. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is listed as an anchor tenant for the property – information on the auction says the property is 99% leased. The May flooding destroyed one of the entrances to the Plaza – estimates for its repair are over $4million dollars. The auction is scheduled to start on January 26.
