The Maryland Department of Health is seeking project ideas and strategies to improve rural health in Maryland as part of the federal Rural Health Transformation Program.  Residents and stakeholders may submit project proposals and ideas online until September 30th.  There will be a webinar on Monday, September 15 to explain further program details. Information is available through the Department of Health website at health.maryland.gov.
