October 15th marked the beginning of the annual Medicare open enrollment period. With many changes coming to both Medicare and Medicaid, as well as other health plans, it is important for individuals to take a good look at the health coverage they have and the costs associated with it. “If you have a Medicare supplement, there is a law that came out in June of 2023 that says if you have a Medicare supplement, and it’s in force, if you’re within 30 days of your birthday whether it’s on the front side or the backside, we can get you the exact same coverage at a better rate. And there’s no medical questions whatsoever.”
