Elijah James Twigg (14 yrs old) has been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department.  He was last seen in the area of Yale Street on Saturday.  He is approximately 5' tall and approximately 120 lbs. If anyone has information as to his whereabouts, they are urged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
