Governor Patrick Morrisey continues to keep the state of West Virginia updated on the recovery of National Guardsman Andrew Wolfe. Wolfe was shot while on duty in Washington D.C. along with Specialist Sarah Berkstrom who died from her injuries. The Governor said Wolfe’s family continues to ask for prayer…

   

“From his mom, who’s reporting that he’s smiling, and he’s moving more of his right side, even sitting in a chair for a few hours. It’s been reported that his communication is improving, although not verbally.”
