Cumberland will be celebrating National Night Out along with cities across the country on Tuesday evening.  Events will be taking place along East First Street near the Salvation Army beginning at 5pm.  Exhibits, demonstrations, giveaways, games and the opportunity to interact with council members, law enforcement and fire personnel highlight the evening along with the national porchlight campaign – porch lights on at dusk and off at dawn to increase safety and reduce criminal activity. WCBC Radio will be providing reports from the event through the evening.
