On Monday, September 29, 2025 at approximately 1:28 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department stopped a vehicle on N. Centre Street.  A police K-9 was utilized and alerted to the odor of drugs in the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle was conducted.  Two of the occupants, April Miller and Mathews Norris, were found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  Miller and Norris were arrested and transported to police headquarters.  They were each issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
