President Joe Biden spoke Tuesday on the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, offering the full support of the federal government. The Army Corps of Engineers will be clearing the channel to enable ships to leave and enter the Port of Baltimore. Biden said the bridge serves over 30,000 vehicles daily and will be rebuilt as soon as possible…
