The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in public session beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the 2nd floor Conference Room of City Hall on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting to discuss issues pertaining to an employee’s work performance and to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related to the acquisition.  Authority to close the session is provided by Sections 3-305(b)(1)(i) and 3- 305(b)(3) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. The Open Work Session will then begin at 5:15 p.m. in the 2nd floor Conference Room. The Mayor and City Council's regularly scheduled Public Meeting will be held at 6:15 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers. Meeting agendas are attached and may be further referenced through the City's website at http://www.cumberlandmd.gov/129/Agendas-Minutes Questions regarding this matter may be directed to the City Clerk's office.
